Visting hours (menage a trois)

Some people did not seem to percieve the something, the someone in the bed in the piece "The sick bed". So in order to facilitate a better understanding I added a bedfellow and and a visitor. Hope it works better this time! Well as I said in the comment to "The sick bed" I was not finished. Will I ever be!
